Fluid Soy, Sunflower and Egg Lecithins

Excellent water/oil emulsifiers and viscosity modifiers, these products are ideal mixing/blending agents or may be used to release products from surfaces during manufacture.

Fluid grades typically contain 14% phosphatidylcholine (PC) and varied chemical, color, moisture, viscosity and emulsification properties.

ALCOLEC® Aquasperse A*

Highly water dispersible oil-in-water emulsifier; a blend of lecithin with propylene glycol and ethoxylated monoglycerides.

ALCOLEC® S

High-grade, unmodified, natural phospholipid composition.

ALCOLEC® BS

High-grade, unmodified natural phospholipid composition. Lighter in color.

ALCOLEC® HL

High-grade, unmodified natural phospholipid composition. Hypo-allergenic and non-GMO.

ALCOLEC® HR

Heat-resistant food-grade lecithin used for release and emulsification. Maintains its golden color at high temperatures. As an emulsifier, is more water dispersible than standard grade lecithins.

ALCOLEC® LEM

Food grade, amber fluid lecithin which has been enzyme modified to enhance water dispersibility and, in systems containing starch, to slow starch retrogradation.Effective oil-in-water emulsifier having an HLB of approximately 8.

ALCOLEC® LV30

Food grade, light amber, low-viscosity, highly filtered and refined fluid lecithin. Designed primarily for spray release applications. Solublity especially suitable for oil-based aerosol spray release systems.

ALCOLEC® XTRA-A

High-grade, unmodified phospholipid composition. Higher moisture content.
