Encapsulation Grade
Developed for soft gelatin encapsulation requiring clarity and brilliance.
Many grades contain enhanced levels of pure (polyenyl) phosphatidylcholine (PPC). Scientific research has associated PPC with neuro-nutrient support, membrane fluidity, hepatocyte protection, healthy cardiovascular lipid levels, and gastric mucosal protection.
Enhanced levels of PPC:
PHOSAL® 75 SA
Phosphatidylcholine (72%-78%) dissolved in a carrier system consisting primarily of safflower oil.
PHOSAL® 53 MCT
Phosphatidylcholine (min. 53%) solubilized in a carrier system comprised primarily of medium chain triglycerides.
PHOSAL® 50 SA+ (Soy)
Phosphatidylcholine (min. 50%) solubilized in a carrier system comprised primarily of safflower oil. Aid for the solubilization of lipophilic actives.
PHOSAL® H 50
Sunflower phosphatidylcholine (50% PC) in sunflower oil.
Contains other phospholipids:
ALCOLEC® SGU
Unbleached, non-GMO lecithin with a maximum color measure of 17 on the Gardner scale (dark amber-colored). Also available as identity-preserved (IP). Can be used for suspending powders.
PHOSAL® 40 IP
All-natural, non-GMO phospholipid fraction from soybean with typically 40% phosphatidylcholine and other phospholipids in an organic sunflower oil based carrier system.
PHOSAL® 35 SB (Soy lecithin in oil)
Phospholipid fraction with typically 35% phosphatidylcholine and other phospholipids in a sunflower oil based carrier system.
PHOSAL® H 35
Mixed sunflower phospholipids with minimum 35% phosphatidylcholine.
